1:  What is CUTZ N PATCHES return policy?

CUTZ N PATCHES 15 days Return policy

CUTZ N PATCHES offers its customers a 15 DAYS RETURN/EXCHANGE SERVICE, wherein you can request for an RETURN/EXCHANGE of product(s) within 15 days of its delivery.

We work hard to ensure that our customers have a good experience when they shop with us. If you are not happy with your order you can return the product for full refund of the paid price

All returns/exchanges are subject to stock availability

Returns would be accepted only:-

  • If products are in a saleable condition with the original tags intact and the products are in their original packaging intact.
  • The products must be unwashed and in undamaged condition
  • Please note that any products with free gift or combo must also be returned in its entirety

There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: We offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, you would have to ship the product(s) to our warehouse. We will reimburse the shipping costs into your account in the form a cash voucher of RS.100, which you would be able to use it on your next purchase, provided the product meets the return/exchange policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

Note: If the returned/exchanged product(s) does not pass the quality check at our warehouse, we shall ship it back to you. No refunds or exchanges would be initiated.

2:  Which categories of products are non-returnable?

For hygienic purposes our returns policy does not apply to certain product categories. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:

  • Socks
  • Free items
  • Lingerie
  • Inner wear
  • Fragrance and beauty products
  • Beauty products
  • Jewelry items – bangles, anklets, earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, rings etc.

3:  How do I return the product? 

To return a product/s please follows these simple steps:

  1. Sign In.

Sign in with your registered email ID or social ID (Facebook or google+)

  1. Select My Order

Select my order from from Customer order drop down list.

  1. Click on Order Details

Click on Order details against the order you wish to return partially or fully.

  1. Click on Return

Click Return against the product you wish to return.

Just follow the simple steps that are displayed in the dialogue box and a return request will be raised. 

4:  Can I return a part of the order?

Yes, you can return a part of the order in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned need to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns."

5:  How long will my refund process take?

For refund eligible products - Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. Usually the refund process is initiated within two days of quality check

Expected refund resolution timeline is 2-10 days post Quality Check dependent on the mode of payment done at the time of placing your order.

Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking/ Bank transfer: The time needed for refund: 2 to10 business days.


  • The refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility
  • With respect to the transfers made by Debit card and Credit card, the time taken for the refund finally depends on the designated bank in charge. If it were in our hands, we would have expedited the same, but unfortunately, we can't help but take a backseat. Usually, banks only shoot a SMS to the customers for credit amounts that are more than INR 5000. In case, your refund amount is less than INR 5000, please check your bank account statement for the same

6:  Where do I return the products?

All products that raised requests for returns must be sent to our warehouse at the below address within 15 days of date of delivery

NOTE: In case we don't receive your product within 15 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled

7:  How can I self-ship the product to CUTZ N PATCHES? 

If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package.

Follow the steps to return your item(s)

  1. Sign In – sign in with your registered email ID and log into your account
  2. Select my exchange/return 

Once you have submitted an exchange request, the order ID is created. Please keep this carefully and ensure that it is submitted along with the package.

Self-Ship – If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID for item included in the package.

Please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via email at returns@cutznpatches.com

The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing and initiating the refund towards the return request raised:

  • It should capture the weight of the return package.
  • Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  • The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.

This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

8:  How will the courier charges be reimbursed if I self-ship? 

For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs in form of - Returns cash voucher of Rs 100 (conditions apply) which can be used towards your next purchase.

Once the quality check has been successfully processed, you will be reimbursed with Rs.100 in your CUTZ N PATCHES account in the form of a cash voucher.

The Rs.100** returns cash voucher (conditions apply) will have to be avail within 90 days and can be redeemed on full priced products and cannot be used on discounted products.
