1: What is CUTZ N PATCHES exchange/replacement policy?

Please note that we are only able to offer one time size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

Cutz & Patches offers its customers a 15 DAYS SIZE EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT SERVICE, wherein you can request for an exchange of a product within 15 days of its delivery.

All returns/exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the returned/exchanged product(s) does not pass the quality check at our warehouse, we shall ship it back to you. No refunds or exchanges would be initiated.

CHECKLIST

Please make sure that product is returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).

Please note that any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety.

To know whether Exchange is available on your product, look out for 15 Days Exchange/ replacement on the product page. 

There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: We offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, you would have to ship the product(s) to our warehouse. We will reimburse the shipping costs into your account in the form a cash voucher of RS.100, which you would be able to use it on your next purchase, provided the product meets the return/exchange policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE FOR: Typically, we do not accept return/exchange for the following items-

  1. Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits
  2. Fragrances, Beauty products
  3. Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
  4. Socks

2:  Which categories of products are non-exchangeable or returnable?

For hygienic purposes our returns/exchange policy does not apply to certain product categories. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:

Typically, we do not accept return/exchange for the following items-

  1. Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits
  2. Fragrances, Beauty products
  3. Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
  4. Socks

3:  Under what conditions the exchange/replacement would be provided?

We offer a onetime exchange facility wherein you can raise a size exchange request for a product

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement/exchange:

  • We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  • The merchandise got damaged during transit.
  • You have received a wrong size/ size doesn't fit as desired.
  • You have 15 days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to request for replacement as per CUTZ N PATCHES.com returns policy

4:  Can I cancel the exchange/replacement?

Please understand that exchange order is treated as a new order, which can be cancelled by using the online cancellation facility on our website or get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.

As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and will refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

5:  Can I buy multiple items in exchange/replacement for a single product?

Sorry, that is not possible at this point of time. We only allow exchange of sizes of the bought product only.

Multiple product exchange i.e. returning a single product in exchange for a multiple items will not be possible. We request you to return the item and place a new order.

 Please note that exchange will be done at the special price of the product.

6:  How do I exchange/replace a product?

Exchange/replacement process is very easy at CUTZ N PATCHES for our customers!

Please note: Exchange/replacement can only be availed against the sizes available at CUTZ N PATCHES.com

Follow the steps to exchange your item for a different size

1.Sign In – sign in with your registered email ID and log into your account

2.Select my exchange

3.Select the product to be returned under the product list

4.Click on confirm

Once you have submitted an exchange request, the order ID is created. Please keep this carefully and ensure that it is submitted along with the package.

Self-Ship – If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID for item included in the package.

Please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via email at returns@cutznpatches.com.

Pick up -If the pick-up option is available at your postcode and you have selected this option you will receive an email confirmation on your registered email ID containing timelines of pickup. In case of pickup, our logistics partner may send you a sms intimating YOU about the same

7:  How can I self-ship the product to CUTZ N PATCHES?

If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID for each item included in the package.

Please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via email at returns@cutznpatches.com

The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing and initiating the refund towards the return request raised:

  • It should capture the weight of the return package.
  • Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  • The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.

This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
