5:  Is there validity date for promo voucher?
Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher card that you received.

6:  Can I club two vouchers in one purchase?
No two vouchers can be applied at the same time. In general, our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

7:  What products can I purchase with the promo vouchers?
To give you the best deals around, we issue some promo vouchers which are applicable on one or more relevant stated categories. The terms & conditions would be specified on the voucher itself.

8:  Why doesn't my promo voucher work?

• Please check if your order value is more than minimum order value stipulated for the voucher.
• Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received.
• Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category.

9:   Is my Promo voucher amount refundable?
Unfortunately, not. Promo voucher amount can neither be refunded nor en-cashed.
