Once your order has been processed at our facility you would be sent an email and SMS that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
For members, you can also track your order status by logging into your account.
2: My order should have been delivered by now, but it hasn’t. What do I do?
Please use the tracking information provided to check the status of the order. You can also alternatively call the courier partner with your tracking information provided.
